Case Study - Surrogacy Counselling

Issue:

Annalise, Frank, and Fiona are legally obligated to attend surrogacy counselling before beginning the process.

How R&L Helped:

The Robertson & Ling counsellor provided Annalise, Frank and Fiona with the opportunity to explore and understand the social, relational and psychological factors involved in a surrogacy arrangement. This enabled all parties to be thoroughly informed before proceeding. 

The R&L counsellor also provided each person with the tools and strategies to be able to communicate effectively with one another, and to work on resolving conflict - pivotal skills for a surrogacy arrangement.

Annalise, Frank and Fiona all felt better equipped for their surrogacy arrangement. They were also grateful knowing that their R&L counselor would be available for counselling for the longer-term surrogacy journey.
