Shannon has comprehensive therapeutic experience in couples and relationship therapy, family law counselling and child, adolescent and adult mental health. Shannon brings a warm, assertive and analytical approach to her work.
Shannon has a specific interest in working with clients struggling with their relationships, be it couples, individuals or families. Shannon is adept at addressing conflict, and recognises the lasting impact improving conflict and communication can have on the overall functioning of a relationship.
Shannon is an accredited surrogacy counsellor and an experienced grief and loss counsellor; including specific experience supporting the parent/s of bereaved children. Shannon has facilitated parenting programs in both the private and community sector, for Engaging Adolescents and 123 Magic and Emotion Coaching.
Shannon enjoys reading (rather than listening to audiobooks), the autumn season, and gardening.
